Thank you Clarizio!! I recently had an accident with my first and favorite acoustic guitar which I cherish. I brought it to a local music store and received an outrageous repair estimate via email, involving the removal of the back of the guitar. Worse, the shop indicated the luthier wasn’t willing to discuss the repair with me. I decided to get a second opinion and I am so THANKFUL. I had an AMAZING experience with Clarizio. The luthier looked at my guitar the same day I dropped it off and called me to discuss the repair. He suggested a straightforward, simple, incremental approach to the repair. He answered all of my questions and was transparent about chances of success etc. Fortunately a successful, unintrusive repair was made and my guitar got a fresh setup for an absolute bargain price! I had it back Monday morning after dropping off on a Friday. I picked up humidifier pads and a better strap connector to help mitigate future accidents. I've been coming to Clarizio Music Center for years now, and that will not change anytime soon. The luthier, Alan, is seriously the best. I always bring all my new guitars to him straight away for a setup, and his magic touch never disappoints. He is extremely knowledgeable about guitars and always does fantastic work with any guitar issues I may have. Even if you don't know much about guitars, Alan will explain everything to you clearly and honestly. Super trustworthy, and fair prices too. But also, all staff members in this store are super kind.
