Tacoholics — Restaurant in Point Pleasant

The picture attached is steak in the top part of the take out container for the bowls. 🤢🤮 I’ve been coming to this location since opening. I eat here regularly. (At least 1 a week) the past three times I’ve been served raw mushy steak. Just utterly dissatisfying... genuinely grossed out by the food and probably won’t be returning. I’ve given the food an extra three chances and am 100% not happy. Save your money and sadly go down the street to bubbakoos. At least the meat is cooked. It’s sad because I actually enjoyed the food at first. I don’t know if they switched cooks. But how do you serve food that is of this consistency. Good...

Where do I begin? The tacos are more expensive than other place and you should see the overcooked, drops of ground beef in the tacos. If you took the beef from all 3 of their tacos it would equal one taco from other places for much less. When you order a side of chips, it’s basically a couple whole chips and a few cracked pieces in the bag. I don’t mind paying for food when you feel like you are getting your money’s worth. No wonder why this place is never busy and Bubbakoos has a line out the door. I guess they will make money now but it won’t be long...

It's ok... I used to visit the one near the parkway all of the time; nonetheless, this one doesn't compare.

It's a problem when they give you a 30" estimate and you show up 45" later only to be told that it will be an additional 20". When it was brought to their attention, it didn't matter much to them. Not a problem so here's your review.

I understand that places are busy; however, they need to give better estimates.
