Buyer-be-ware, this store is still charging pandemic prices. I was charged 32.99 for a four-foot item while at the big box store, the same item was 35.57 for a ten-foot piece. Which comes out to a 231.74% difference. I would be willing to pay a slightly higher price to not have to drive the 17-minute drive to the big box store and help out a local store, but not a 231.74% increase. I know for a fact that I did not consume more than 2 gallons of fuel on that round trip to the big box store; which would have cost approximately $4.17 in fuel. I get taken once not twice. The worst part of this experience is I spoke to the owner and he heard me and just turned around and kept on his way after I showed him a picture of the item at the big box store. Read moreOld fashioned neighborhood hardware store staffed by friendly, helpful folks. Looks small from the front, but it's pretty large. Stocks an impressive selection of darned near everything you need. If you need something they don't stock, they will order it for you. Out back they have lumber, concrete block and such. Prices are about the same as that orange big box store. Someone even stayed well past closing time for us to pick up a replacement breaker we needed badly. Awesome folks...

Most of the time they have everything that we need, when we need it, and they can try to get an item if they haven't got it - at comparable prices to everywhere else.
