HOLLAND'S APPLIANCE REPAIR — Local services in Pomona Park

Yet another unfortunate experience. My 1st one was several years ago with a front end dryer that only lasted about a month. Purchased a new one from Home Depot as Hollands offers a 30 day warranty and delivery persons left much to be desired with respect to being qualified in the field of appliance repair. Hollands moved from Pomona Park to Crescent City and are now back in Pomona Park so I took a chance that their business practices had improved only to discover no such luck. On the morning of December 14, 2023, I discovered our main beverage refrigerator for employees wasn't cooling and paid their non refundable $85.00 Trip Fee for a diagnosis. Almost immediately Daniel told us it wouldn't be worth repairing but they had several USED items we could choose from and it could be delivered the same day as it was used frequently throughout the day. I chose a $400.00 unit which was a black Kenmore until and as luck would have it...when we opened it this morning (12/25/2023) to take out our Christmas food to bake, nothing absolutely nothing inside was cool. Everything was "sweaty" and when you take into consideration from December 14 to December 25th $85.00 trip fee $315.00 +$30.00 delivery fee + $22.05 tax making our total $452.50 we hope our experiences help and highly recommend consumers to ask for and read their written "Warranty Policy" BEFORE making your decision. With respect to their warranty, you will have to sign it and give them a copy for their records which is our case, we noted at the bottom of ours "Even though you offer a 30 day warranty verbally, I don't care to take advantage of it and am signing with the understanding that NO WARRANTY IS IMPLIED OR ACCEPTED" for the simple reason protecting consumers and customer satisfaction is of no importance to Hollands...

The Gentleman that comes to your residence to fix whatever is broken or not working with your appliances is just that, A Gentleman. Well mannered, experienced in this line of work and cleans up behind his self before he leaves. The job or jobs have always been completed and done quickly as possible. I am recommending Holland's appliance repair to everyone! Five Stars is not enough for...
