Graybar — Local services in Pompano Beach

Went there today for the first time ever...Arrives @ 1:20pm no one even acknowledged me or the fact that I was there until 1:53 pm. There was one man behind the counter that looked like it was the last place he wanted to be taking an order from a contractor. The rest of the facility seemed barron. Finally some who had waited a short period of time went outside and found someone to help him...I asked where I had to go to find help he said he would help me when he was done with the other guy.. He than look at what I need and told me to go to Grainger and buy those parts. The other parts man saw me walking around patiently waiting my turn with these large capacitors in my hand and would not even say hello let alone tell me he did not carry what I needed. Being a small business owner if I ran my business the same way this business obviously operates I would be broke and gone. I was referred to Graybar by one of my large accounts and I will never go back nor would I ever order from them because of the deplorable level of customer service and obvious apathy...

I've been an infrequent customer of Graybar, Pompano for nearing 30 years. It's a "Professional Place" where I go for top quality electrical components for putting machinery in service or service repairs of electro-mechanical systems. This is as every industrial vendor should be and I appreciate the steadfast commitment from your store. The counter people have been with the store for decades it seems - they're committed to their job and are fast, concise and courteous. Thanks Graybar...

Graybar rocks! I placed an order today by phone. I was fortunate enough to speak with a representative named Craig. Craig is freaking awesome! He made my experience in purchasing 1500 W multi vapor lambs a true pleasure! I actually look forward to the next order.
