Don’t buy from this company!!!! Their customer service is atrocious. I spent my whole Saturday waiting for a table that we paid almost $1,000 for and they never came, never called, never texted ... nothing , like if we were just some object they don’t care about. Called them about it and of course no one can do anything about it, the rep said “hmm not sure why they did this, but looks like they did miss your stop, maybe because Saturday they close early and just didn’t want to do the drop off.” I’ve never seen anything so unorganized and unprofessional! I finally got my delivery rescheduled for another day but that’s more waiting for the table we have to keep sitting on the floor to eat. I’m disgusted with this company and their ethics. The quality of the items are not worth it . I purchased my bedroom set in September and I already had to call customer service 3 times to fix or replace items. My night stand started chipping , headboard chip and now my dresser is chipping and when I mean chipping it’s not no small minor chip . It’s to the core where the entire wood start showing under the paint . If you want a bedroom set to last you a long time . Do not purchase your item from here . The quality is very cheap and there’s no real investment. When I asked the customer care why is it that my items are falling apart and tearing she stated that the piece I got is very fragile. I have been with Badcock over 2yrs. Today delivery was very uncertain and a little disorganized 😕 was not happy with the time frame and didn’t even get a courtesy call before delivering my items. The delivery guys were awesome 👍🏽. Even though they were unable to fully l put my bed together because of an item broken. So, not only I had to put my mattress on the floor, my next delivery date is the following week 😔 I would suggest Badcock to check their items before delivering, so that way the drivers doesn’t have to double back and customers would receive their items on time, and day...
