Wee Fix Phone Repair Shop — Local services in Pontiac

I took my phone in for a screen repair because I was quoted a lower price than other shops. It took close to a week for the repair. I had a hard time getting in contact with them when I wanted to check on the status of the repair. When I finally did go to pick up my phone, the screen had some pixels that were messed up, and he thumbprint reader didn't work. I had to take my phone because I needed it. However, after a few hours of use, the screen would intermittently turn completely off and go fuzzy. This kept happening so I decided I needed to take it back. When I took it back, the repair guy seemed like he already knew he gave me a bad screen (used and/or aftermarket). He said he could put on an actual Google pixel screen, but it would cost $100 more. I was stuck because I needed my phone back. So I agreed. It was now going to cost around $280, which is more than the other shops had quoted me. It took several days. When I picked the phone up, the pixel issue was fixed but the thumbprint reader still didn't work. He said he could not fix it. However, to get my phone back, I still had to pay the extra money (with a small discount) or I couldn't get my phone back.

I would recommend going to a more reputable shop, even if it costs a bit...

We have been here several times to have my iPhone X fixed, and every time we go, the screen has went black after the fact.... if the secret doesn’t go black, it either starts blinking, or the parts of the screen stop working and each time, we give more and more money. I do not recommend this place, I left my phone alone to change the screen and after he gave it to me it did not work anymore, it turned off by itself and I returned it to him to fix it and he charged me 50 dollars more than what I had already paid for the screen, and after he gave it to me again my phone never got a signal again, and I took it again to fix it and he didn't fix it anymore and he only said that it was because my phone company didn't have a signal but that's a lie He broke it for me, I do not recommend this place, be careful when you carry your phones,...
