They are HORRIBLE! I went there last night ordered the shrimp basket dinner with chilli cheese fries, I got home there was no chilli or cheese on my fries so I took the order back up there told the lady that they didn't put chili and cheese on my fries and I also asked if I could get fresh shrimp since my shrimp was going to be cold by the time I get my order since I had to wait for like five cars ahead of me anyway so the lady tells me to pull up and I had to wait for them to bring my order out. I opened the lid to make sure that my fries had the chili and cheese on them so lo and behold I get home the old shrimp that I brought back they refried them so they were black and burnt now this is going to be my 2nd time returning this order I go back up there, this time I go inside the old lady was at the counter I explained to her what happened opened up the box instead of her offering to fix the problem she said so you want your money back I said sure I'll take the money back it was $18.15 so she asked me did I have anything else I told her well it was a dinner so I had a pop so they refunded me my $18.15 when I looked at my card statement today why did they charge me $21.68 and refunded $18.15 which mean they went back and charged me for the pop that I didn't return that was watered down anyway? My friends and I stopped here to get food on our way home at 1am. The looks of the store from the outside were welcoming when everything else is so dark and closed at that hour. The menu is vast but the staff is helpful in ordering and understanding what you are getting. My burger was better than expected for the hour of day and overall look of the restaurant doesn't scream fine dinning but the food says otherwise. The kitchen was visible from the order line and the staff are dressed correctly and the place is clean considering they don't close. We were a small group and we didn't wait more than 10min for our food which we all enjoyed and inhaled quickly. The sitting area wasn't super clean or nice but they do have TVs and lots of places to sit and the bathrooms were clean too. I ordered a bacon cheese burger -$6.99. They asked if I want to make it a deluxe (which is fries for $3.50). I say sure! They ask, chili or cheese? I say, sure! Then my total was roughly $17.50+tax. I questioned the cashier why it was so expensive. She calls the manager over and he INSTANTLY says cancel his order! Then I read the menu. Sides: chili cheese fries- sm $5.99, lg $9.25. (cheese OR chili OR chilicheesefries-small= $5.99. Same for a large=$9.25. Which is still 75¢ less than a ‘deluxe’. So my advice is: order your burger, then your order your sides. You’ll save yourself and angry-manager confrontation and some money. It should’ve been 6.99+9.25=$16.24. Unless a deluxe comes with the small order, which is 5.99. Then it’s only $12.98!
