In August 2019 I purchased a 9 foot CHRISTMAS Tree from Best Choice Products online. This past weekend my husband, son, and I attempted to put up our new Christmas tree only to find that the stand was defective. The stand came with 3 pre-drilled holes and 3 screws to secure the tree in the stand and to level the tree out. One of the pre-drilled holes were over drilled and the screw would not work (the threads on the screw couldn't even touch the sides due to the size of the hole). I called Best Choice Products only to be told by their rep that they only honor a 60 return/exchange policy and the best they could do would be to send me copies of the INSTRUCTIONS on setting up the tree. I explained that I did not need instructions as there were instructions on the box, but instead requested a replacement STAND only. They insisted they could not help. I asked to be transferred to the supervisor who stated that same thing as the rep. When I requested the supervisors bosses name and number she refused and said she did not have a supervisor and that she was the only supervisor. I then requested corporates contact info and she again refused and said she has no information for them and they only communicate through email, which she refused to give. This is my first and LAST purchase from Best choice products and their supervisor "Belle G" was not helpful or knowledgeable about the company she works for????!!!! How is this okay? Every time I try to contact someone, I get put back in the same repeat system over and over again. This s bad business and horrible customer service. Their response was that if I would have set the tree up when I purchased it, I would have known it was defective and in turn they would've have been able to help me.My response was "Why would I put up a Christmas Tree in August??" Instead, I purchased a defective EXPENSIVE Christmas Tree that I cannot secure and that is ready to topple over. OTHERWISE I must go purchase replacement $45 stand to secure it. Bad Business, Bad Customer Service, Bad first impression. Fool me once but NEVER AGAIN.

We ordered a heavy, hard top, aluminum gazebo early in the summer, and while I was somewhat cautious purchasing a $700 product from a company I had never heard of before, the photos from the reviews were really great, so we gave it a go. It arrived very quickly, and was packaged well. We assembled it and secured it according to the instructions in the package. It was beautiful, we loved the quality, the look, and the perfect way it complimented our backyard living space. Adding some outdoor lights and a chandelier of battery-operated votives made it that much better. It was enjoyed thoroughly for the three months that followed. Much to our dismay, a strong storm came through the Midwest last week, and our beautiful gazebo was completely uprooted and mangled beyond repair. I was devastated. I’ve included photos of the damage, as we were completely heartbroken. A friend encouraged me to call the company to inquire if they had any replacement policy, but I honestly hesitated, thinking it was a waste of time. The kind customer service rep talked with me about what happened and asked me to send photos of the item. Much to my surprise, they offered to send a brand new gazebo FREE of charge! I was completely surprised and truly blown away by their generosity and commitment to customer satisfaction. The new gazebo arrived within days (yes, mere days!) and we plan to construct the new one again this weekend.    Read moreI recently ordered 4 bar stools and had already assembled 3 of them. While assembling the last one I saw a small tear in the fabric. I got on a chat with their rep and after finding they did not have replacement fabric or even the seat part itself, they offered a partial refund if I wanted to keep the chairs rather than send them back. I stated that I would take the offer since I really didn't want to return them, but added, "but my wife won't be happy!" While I was partly kidding, the comment was true. The representative came back and said, "What if we gave you a new set? Would that make her happy?" I was really impressed, and said yes, that would do it. I then said that I would try to disassemble the chairs and get them in the box to return. He said, "No you can keep the originals and we will send you a whole new set!" Then, I was truly amazed.
