Im disappointed:( I went 4-8-24 to buy clip in extensions. I asked if it was human hair, or a blend? I also specifically asked if they would damage with heat. The lady said that they were indeed human hair, and encouraged me to dye them to match my hair color. I went home and washed them, blow dried them on the lowest heat setting, and styled them. The ends now feel horrific and did exactly what i feared they would do. I would like to say both the guy employee and the lady were kind and helpful and the selection of products are great but i would absolutely not buy hair here again. I am sad that they do not offer refunds for such issues, they make that clear with the signs around the store. I understand its a beauty store and taking back products can be a health concern, these should be thrown away though. Maybe they were a bad batch. They usually have the products that I need, but, whenever it comes to frontals, I wouldn't recommend. I spent $129.00 beforehand of tax on a 14 inch frontal of their own. Whenever I got home to check out the frontal it had a bald patch of line. I immediately went back to return and they wanted to exchange. The exchange had to much hair plucked with half lace to cut off. I would figure, if you haven't altered the product or closure or frontal they should give you a return. If you can go online and purchase bundles, frontals and closures from other companies and they will give you refunds I think a local town beauty supplier should do the same.
