I would always drive by this place and it would never interest me to make a stop, to check it out. Until my Mom had called me to come see a dining room table she loved. Once I set foot into royal furniture, I was Amazed and impressed by the furniture collections they had on display. we ended up buying my moms favorite dining table. Two days later I just HAD to come back for the beautiful white electric fireplace center we had all laid our eyes on. during the purchase process of the center, I also happened to fall in love with a gorgeous bedroom set for my daughter. During all 3 purchases Alma was beyond wonderful in helping and assisting me with it all, comparing options in room sizing orders, designs, purchase and delivery. I left from there MORE than Happy. When receiving all 3 of my orders, let me just say.. They DELIVER! Pun intended. They were On time, FAST, professional, and hardworking. Recently purchased several items as Harvey replacements that they delivered in boxes. They left all the opened boxes and debris in my front yard stating that it was company policy not to remove boxes and debris. I have purchased several items previously for which they did not leave the boxes on my property. I had planned to return to Royal for subsequent purchases, but after that incident of leaving trash in my front yard, I will never purchase anything else from them. Similar products and pricing is available at the nearby Mike Furniture, with whom we had a much better delivery experience. Royal Furniture has lost me as a customer. Will never shop...
