A mistake was made when they processed my order and over charged me for shipping that I did not select. I was told it would be refunded. After checking week after week⊠zero refund was given. Delivery drivers lied and said they set it up when I SET it up. I told them I donât need their help and didnât pay for it and they stood there and watched and then took a photo. Such dishonesty. We had four more rooms to furnish and will not be returning to rooms to go. Beware and save yourself a head ache and over charging. Since all of this I have changed my rating.

   Read moreI am updating my review as we received our couch in the wrong color and fabric. It took me two days after delivery to call as I was very upset and dealing with an unexpected emergency. I spoke to Spike and let him know what happened and I was met with âI have been doing along time and I wouldnât have ordered the wrong fabricâ and was very argumentative. No apology, no empathy for the frustration or oversight, just straight denial. I took responsibility for the fact I signed off on the wrong color/fabric at the end of the transaction, but I was unaware that it was incorrect because I verbally confirmed that it was the softer blue option multiple times, as there are two blue options, and he confirmed it was the softer blue. The ONLY reason I added a second star is that his manager agreed to make it right with no cost to us. I understand that this was a very expensive mistake, but I find it unprofessional that he has felt the need to point out that he is taking the hit on this deal as well as a hit on commission multiple times, and offered no gesture of empathy. Yes I am sure that is very frustrating, but itâs also very frustrating to pay as much as we did for the wrong color/fabric to be delivered and no empathy to the situation. I told him I was on a mission that morning looking for my couch/sofa and I was planning on going to three different stores. He said fine and he showed me what he had right away he didnât pressure me. He didnât try to talk me out of what I was looking for. I asked questions and he had answers. I thanked him when I found the one I liked and I said, I may see you later this morning and we walked out. We went onto two other stores and went through the same process. I came back to the store and I was busy with a client. I said itâs OK just wanna take a second look at the sofa that Iâm interested in. I did that and I left. I came back the very next day. Ask for Doug and purchased the sofa sleeper. I absolutely love it. Cannot wait to see it in my damn. Thank you for such a wonderful shopping...
