Customer service here is absolute trash. As someone from Miami, I have been to my fair share of Cuban restaurants. When I walked in there were 3 women behind the counter have a grand time with someone who already had their food. NONE of the 3 women attempted to greet or even minimally acknowledged me.

I should have taken a picture of the food cases cause their selection is very slim. The had a few pastries, the typical guava, guava & cheese and some croquettes. I was looking for an empanada or something of that nature.

I noticed A LOT of these Hispanic restaurants up here are not as friendly to people of color which is weird considering that Hispanic people were once in the same bracket as us as far as minorities...

Love the cuban style flan here. The taste of the flan is very close to home for me, but the ladies in the front cashier have bad attitude and manners. Excellent in making you feel like you don't belong there. Not a single thank you since I have been there. Would not even hand me the bag, but watch me reach for it after paying. You will be stared down like you don't matter. If you are the owner of this bakery, this is bad for your business. With the ladies up front representing your business, you will lose a lot of potential customers. You need to train those ladies up front to be hospitable, friendly, and thankful. You just lost...

Que Rico! I went in for breakfast and quickly learned they had lunch options too! So many sweet treats from the bakery and sandwich options. I ordered the steak sandwich with lettuce, tomato and onion. It was ginormous!! So fresh and the steak tasted like it was marinated in mojo. The cafe con leche was piping hot so be careful on that first sip but it was perfect! Not too bitter and not too sweet. I also ordered a guava & queso pastry to go. This place was definitely worth the trip! With friendly staff, lively music and some Cuban coffee or espresso, it’s the perfect way to...

We bought a good birthday cake from Casa Rojas Cuban Bakery. It was for a joint birthday. The cake had only a handful of natural ingredients written on the label, which we liked. It was fresh. It already was decorated. All we had to do is request for them to add the names and the "happy birthday." It stayed good in the fridge for several days, too. It was tasty. The frosting was extremely sweet and there was a lot of it. Friendly staff. I would go there again for more of my bakery needs. We bought a medium sized birthday cake, and I think it cost us around $24 in 2025.

The ropas was very good but could have been warmer, just like the black rice and beans. Then the plantains were actually cold. However the Cuban sandwich was delicious. The service was okay. I wouldn’t say they were particularly friendly. We will probably return for another sandwich but a smile or two would be nice.
