Tasty Wok — Restaurant in Florida

I dont know what happened!!! I left them an 5 star before, but this time the food was gross!!! The Teriyaki beef sticks were SUPER dry. Like beef jerking on a stick. Then my chicken dish was full of uncooked veggies that do not belong in the dish... celery? When?.... pot stickers and egg roll... still on point even though they are frozen. Saw the bag on the stove. They weren't even trying to hide it lol... never again will waste my money again.

Very reasonable in prices, food was very tasty. I will judge a Chinese restaurant hard based on their egg rolls and pot stickers. They were very good...like their egg rolls were nice and crispy... I would defintally order from them again. I also got their general pow chicken... I normally try to get it extra extra spicy, but I wanted to try it how it is made. Next time I will order extra extra spicy becaude I eat very spicy food. 😋 So their general pow chicken.... is sweet two me. 😍...

We were "jones-ing" for some good Chinese here in Port Charlotte and we found Tasty Wok through GrubHub. We had a delivery that was HOT when it arrived. Ordered the Bourbon Chicken Combo and Chicken &Beef Teriyaki with Pork Fried Rice...Oh, Mama was it good! I asked for my rice to be done with no sprouts, peas or onions and it was perfect. Huge amount of roast pork pieces and perfect flavor. Bourbon Chicken was juicy and the sauce was heavenly, will get some for myself next time. Food packaging was excellent, we got a big handful of utensils, sauce packets and fortune cookies. We were homesick for decent NY Chinese and we found it. Our new go-to place, have yet to go order and pick-up from the restaurant but will definitely order with GrubHub again. Delicious, hot, fresh and tasty...all of our needs met with Tasty...

I usually have a good experience here, but tonight's take-out was SO bad that I'll likely never order from here again. My Mongolian beef was tough, rubbery, and practically inedible, the vegetables in it were disgusting and had that rancid refrigerator taste when something has been left in the fridge uncovered for far too long, I ended up throwing it out as it was not worth saving. Crab Rangoons, absolutely stale. Wife's chicken with mixed veg, very watery, had the refrigerator taste I described above. Also, I usually have this food delivered to me, but tonight was my first night actually visiting the store to pick up the food and I was blown away by how filthy this place is, like a health inspector would have an aneurysm if he stepped...
