Beautifull coastline; but, beach is ruined by the clumps of oil drifting in with tide from the Off-shore oil drilling rig. All locals deny that drilling rigs leaks; but the tar on my feet and the balls of soft oil clumps laying all over the beach proves them wrong. Tears when I think of all the oil clumps settling on the ocean floor, on reefs killing all sea life: plant and animal. In 50 years, my guess is this coastline will be dead and fish shortages will start to be noticed. Visit this beach, feel anger, then start to make noise. Maybe all oil rigs will be forced to catch those oil clumps within 10 feet of their rigs instead of ignoring the damage those clumps are doing..... Be very careful when offending nature cause...

Parking: plenty of spaces in the dirt/sand lot. Parking here is not free if you park in the state beach lot. It does look like you can park free on parts of PCH, especially if the parking on the other side of Point Mogu proper. Not many go to this beach, unlike down the roads there's no BBQ grills or pits.
