Horrible. Took a baseball hat that I loved to this place. I thought they would "dry clean" my hat and make it look new again. WRONG. They throw it in a washing machine thus ruining the nice, stiff brim of my hat so it was as firm as a wet noodle. I pay for the hat as they run around trying to find it. As they hand it to me, I walk out the door get in my car, notice that it is FUBAR, and walk back into the store. They don't admit fault. They just say they can fix it. After a return trip and more unsatisfactory work, I settle on what they could do on my third trip. A year later I try them again. I tell Robert that the stain on a shirt is paint and I would like it removed. He doesn't do much about indicating where the stain was, and I thought that to be odd. Well, I pick up my shirt and it is clean and pressed. However, the paint was still on the shirt and now it was set due to the drying and pressing of the shirt. I try to pick it up a second time and the shirt is pressed and the stain is still there.
