I consider Binary Computer Solutions is an essential and significant business in the area where I reside. While I do work on a computer daily, my software is dedicated to my job. When I needed to replace my outdated home computer system, I was unsure of how to proceed. If no one wants to fix your computer, go see Kiel, he will fix it for you. I have an old iMac 27" mid 2011. My iMac stopped booting up recently. I took it to the apple store in London, ON, and it was diagnosed with a defected video card. Could they fix it for me? Of course NOT. They told me for such an old model, Apple do not manufactor this part anymore. In fact this model had a design defect since the beginning, and apple recognized that and had recall program to change the video card for the owners of this model until 2014. After that they stopped because simply they want you to buy new computers. There is no real repair support behind their products. Fortunately we have professionals like Kiel, who are honest and knowledgeable about computer repairs. From the first phone call, Kiel understood the problem and offered to check my computer. We talked about a particular technique to refurbish the video card, and he applied it and my computer works again. During the process of reparation, Kiel was always responding to my emails and phone calls. He explained everything to me, very clearly and honestly. His repairing fees are affordable. He also gave me good advice to upgrade the speed of my iMac. He has done incredible work on not only one, but both of my HP laptops including one that “Best Buy” had told me was garbage and couldn’t be fixed. Before finding this business and following through with only the direction of “Best Buy (Geek Squad),” I spend an additional $1500 to buy a different laptop for college and repeatedly heard the words “There is nothing wrong,” “We fixed the problem” time and time again with a clear and visible issue still at hand. It was at this time I chose to take my computer to “Binary Computer Solutions” and I was and still am extremely impressed with his work! He goes absolutely above and beyond to find, research, and fix the problem(s) at hand, while also making sure to give full detail of everything that he does and recommends doing for the computer’s success at a very affordable rate. He completely repaired my computer that I had laying under my bed for years that “Geek Squad” claimed was “unfixible,” while also repairing the problems of my current laptop involving the complete saturation of a protein shake into it.
