We had an appointment at 4:00pm When we pulled up to the service drive we sat in our truck waiting for someone to come out to greet us, I had to go in to look for someone when I walked in the service writer was to busy texting on her phone then when she came out she never greeted us or asked our name. I told her what I wanted done as far as needing my oil changed tire rotated and balanced the first thing she said was well I will see what I can do. My wife spoke up and said well we have it scheduled she never acknowledged anything that she said. Later I went ouside to check on my truck to see if it was done. It was parked outside the shop I waited a few minutes nobody ever came to look for me so I went looking for the service writer and she was just there visiting with a couple of workers. This is our 2nd time taking our Truck there for service. Your service writers do not go over what they did or tell you if any of the other fluids where in need of servive. This first time I was there I asked if they checked the fluids the service writer at that time said they do check them but they do not refill them.. My question is whats the purpose in checking if they don't refill them. I have bought many vehicles from other dealerships. I can honestly say this dealership is and has been our worst experience. The only thing the service writer did for us is answer a few questions for me. I asked if I have to take my truck back to this dealership for service she said no that I could take it to any dealership so with that being said I will not be back as long as its not needed there nor would I ever recommend this dealership to anyone. No body there is friendly whats so ever.. They all are in need of some serious customer service training. As I walked around the dealership not one of the salesman or any of the employees was wearing a mask with this Coronavirus going on you would think it would be of some kind of concern, the mens and women's bathrooms where both dirty spelled of urine. So no I will not be back if I don't have to take my truck in there for service. It would be worth trading my truck into a different dealership just so I wouldn't have to go back there. Thank you for sending me...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWorst Dealership experience EVER. Before I drove 2 HOURS to this dealership I called to confirm that they had a specific truck at the advertised price. I was told by Kahn that it was on the lot by VIN number. When I arrived 2 hours later the truck had magically disappeared and no one at the dealership knew where it went. They did have a similar truck for 5k more. Where I come from that is what we call LOW BALLING and it is against the law. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and found a truck that I liked and paid cash for it. The truck came with one set of keys and Kahn told me he would get me a spare set. A week or so went by and they called needing the title to my trade in, at that point I told them I will happily drive 2 hours to drop it off as long as they had my spare keys ready so I didn't have to make the trip twice. At that point Kahn became upset, he told me that he wasn't going to play games with me and hung up the phone. So, I just got hung up on by a car salesman who lied to me to about the truck to begin with. I then called the dealership and asked to talk to the manager. The manager was nice and apalogetic about the situation and made plans the following week for me to pick up my spare set and drop off the title. Now its almost 60 days later, my temp tag is about the expire and they UPS me some paperwork for me to give to the DMV. Well I'm in Texas and the DMV is in Kansas for this particular truck. When I purchased this vehicle they made it very clear to me that they are able to handle all of the tag work for me. They said that they have a lot of snowbirds that come down here and they do tags from all over the country for people. A few weeks after I purchased it , one of the girls from the dealership called and said she had my tags ready and that she would mail them to me. At that point I was still planning on driving there to drop of my title. When I dropped it off they said they where still working with Kansas to get my tag. So, now I am 10 days out from the tag expiring ......... I am just saying I have never had such a difficult time, been lied to, and I believe deliberatley delayed by a professional dealership. DO...
Ā Ā Ā Read morePort Lavaca ford or Chevy is not the place to buy. Iām not a big fan of car dealers since they screw you at every turn, and port lavaca screwed me the hardest out of any dealership. I told the dealer I wasnāt taking less than 33,000 for my trade in and they agreed, but since I was in a rush to get out of the dealership since I canāt stand being them, I didnāt look close enough at my paperwork and the dealer only gave me 30,500 for my trade in, cheating me out of 2,500$. The truck I bought was also wrecked at some point Iām its life. It had 24,000 miles on it when I bought the truck from them. So the first thing I had the truck in there shop for was the body was crooked. The hood bumper tailgate and the finder was also busted underneath and rattling. I had them pull car fax, but they claimed it must have been a cash repair so nothing was on the car fax. My truck has been in the dealership over a month this time, and Iām having to pay them to fix it. Only a few months after buying the truck, my cabin lights stay on by themselves and wonāt turn off, the batteries blew up, and the computer screen went completely out. I talked to the sales manager over both of the stores and he assured me that he would handle the issues and I wouldnāt have to cover anything on my end since the truck was only bought a few months ago. And that was the last time I heard from him. I called him numerous times and went up there to see him and he keeps dodging me and then I got a call from the service manager saying I will be having to cover repairs and they will only help me with a portion. So if anyone dose decide to buy from these dealers, just be careful and read everything twice before signing anything. This was my first and last purchase at...
