I have used many catering companies over my life time. This team was by far the best! Chef Carlos and Event Coordinator Ashley catered our party on Saturday night. In the beginning I did not believe I needed an event coordinator, as I have done so many parties. However, when the team arrived, I walked Ashley through the details of the evening as I wanted it to go. I showed her where everything was that I thought she would need. After a few initial questions and staff introductions, I left them to attend their details.

As the evening progressed, I noticed small details like candles being lit as dusk fell. Guests glasses were refilled without having to go to the bar. I found myself enjoying my party tremendously without continuous interruptions of where to find something or what would I like next.

The passed appetizers were delicious, the buffet was fabulous. I had a guest with a pork allergy. A special plate was made in advance, just for her, so she would not have to worry about cross contamination from the charcuterie board.

There was a lot of buzz in the room over how well people were enjoying the food and the service. At the end of the night, when I came into my kitchen, I found all the food was wrapped and put away. All dishes were cleaned and neatly stacked. The bar was packed up and brought inside. All table linens were put into a laundry bag and readied for the cleaners. Table decorations were put away neatly. I had almost nothing to do that night or the next day.

This company was a bit more expensive than previous caterers, however, they were worth every penny. I will be using this company exclusively for future events. Thank you Chef Carlos, Ashley and team. My party was fabulous because of...

Chef Carlos and his team did an AMAZING job catering my daughter’s wedding! I had complete confidence in him after our initial meeting and tasting. He was so communicative and professional. It was clear from the beginning he and Ashley are passionate about what they do and they want each client to have a first class experience. They truly came through on the wedding day!
