Hosted my son Luca’s first birthday party here on 7/20/24. We had an amazing time !! I chose this venue due to its safety and cleanliness. I love that they are a shoe free facility ensuring that no shoes or strollers go in the play area. As a registered nurse health and wellness are my top priority when it comes to my son and the party guests. We had one unhappy party guest that is trying to make this place seem dangerous which I can assure you it is NOT. Every single other parent there had all great things to say and every kid from 5months-12 years old had an amazing time. This indoor playground had everything you can imagine and I was never worried about my sons safety as all the toys were age appropriate and they even have a designated and gated area for the younger kids that includes sensory play. The venue took an hour before the party started to ensure sanitation and cleanliness before our arrival. The staff were all amazing !! My phone died as soon as we got to the party and they ensured me they would have photos covered which I was very grateful for and not concerned about where the photos would go as they post them on their instagram and send them to me as the host. If anyone felt unsafe about photography that should have been expressed to the staff so they could have excluded said children . As far as the changing table goes I have never seen a place besides Disney that has a pad on the table , most diaper bags now come with a removable pad to be used . As far warming bottles in the microwave that is not recommended by the CDC, the proper way to heat a bottle is in hot water which was provided. My guests had no issues with the ladders my friends 11 month old was even climbing them with no issues. I have nothing bad to say about this indoor playground. I love that they stick to their rules to ensure safety, sanitation and imaginative play for all children’s age ranges. The unhappy guests child played the entirety of the party and her stepmother stated she said she wanted to go back again. The issues brought up were not issues to me or any of my other guests. I truly apologize to Teeny Town for the inconvenience of fake spam 1star reviews. They do not deserve this as the service was excellent. They didn’t push for 5stars they simply informed the guests if a 5 star review was left they would receive 50% of for their child’s next visit which is a blessing in this current economy. So once again a huge thank you to Teeny Town for letting me host my sons 1st birthday party. It’s a huge milestone for us as my first baby was stillborn at full term and my son is my second born but the first that I get to have these experiences with, so it’s disheartening that someone I invited to celebrate his life has made it difficult to receive the photographs which are memories of the momentous occasion. Please don’t let these fake reviews sully your view of this establishment, go on in an let you kids have the same wonderful experience that my son and his...
Read morei love this place and i wish i could give it 5 stars but there are 2 things that really bother me about this place. Number 1, i love the idea and the fact that they have tables, but, as a cafe, i can’t seem to understand why food as simple as a sandwich are not allowed, or banana bread…. i wish they would reconsider this rule and adjust being that this is an amazing opportunity for a mother to be able to sit and eat a small lunch while her child plays. Also, my son is now on solid food and i have yet to return because from what it seems, the food allowed are chips, & pre-packaged snacks… i make my sons food, and he often eats fruits, vegetables, chicken, mozerella cheese, things that i’m not sure are allowed. I’ve brought 3 of my friends here and would love to continue to come and bring more friends, but the no food rule is ridiculous. perhaps you could purchase a cordless vacuum and allow us to use it if the fear is the food “making a mess.” aside from that, i’ve been a handful of times, i feel as though on some visits we’re being followed around and toys are being cleaned up that my kid is going to play with again shortly… i appreciate the cleanliness but maybe it would make a more relaxed environment if the cleaning was once every hour ... i found myself feeling anxious and trying to clean up after my kid in the very moment rather than enjoying our play time. Like i said i really love this place, but the food rule is really tough for on the go parents who don’t want to plan their play time around not being able to feed their child as they normally would. I’m writing this review in hopes that the owner will understand and hopefully consider a change. other than that i’d be happy to change my...
Read moreI’ve been to multiple Indoor playgrounds and so far Teeny Town is the best one because it is very clean and well maintained! I recently took my kids here to attend a birthday party and I must say, it was worth every penny! From the moment we walked in, the cleanliness was impeccable. I noticed the staff constantly cleaning and disinfecting everything throughout the day, which reassured me about the hygiene standards, especially in the bathroom which was squeaky clean.
The excitement on my kids' faces was priceless. They couldn't get enough of the kiddie play businesses and variety of toys. Even after hours of play, they were still begging to stay longer. It's evident that the management invests in keeping everything fresh and engaging for the little ones which i really appreciate.
It’s not overpriced whatsoever considering what you’re getting in return. I've taken my kids to countless other playgrounds, and I'm not as impressed as I truly am with my experience here.
I highly recommend Teeny Town to any parent looking for a clean, fun, and stress-free environment for their children to play...
