Dollar Tree — Local services in Port Saint Lucie

I came to this store on 12/07/19.I spent the day shopping with my grandmother and our last stop was the dollar tree.When it was time to pay I had a couple of coupons to use.The manager came out with a nasty attitude and stood next to the cashier upset about the coupons.He tried to tell me the coupon was not for the item so I read it to him.He yelled out “I speak English I know what it says”.My grandmother got a lil bothered and ask the guy why is he giving us such a problem.He look my grandmother right in her eyes and asked her where does she work because he’s going to pay her a visit.I asked him why is he asking her that and there is no need to argue or debate about a misunderstanding that you didn’t understand.He proceeded to yell at the cashier and told her to hurry up and run out order and to go home.I really felt bad for the cashier.She was very nice and well mannered.Some people abuse their title and force the young employees to work in a hostile environment.He needs to take a management as well as an customer service class.He doesn’t deserve to work in a place that have frequent senior citizens visits.He had no respect at all.He is angry and very...

We were visiting from Palm Bay and stopped in. This store is much bigger, cleaner and more organized than the ones in our area. They had a more varied selection as well. I won't say how much money I spent! The only thing that keeps me from giving more stars is the employees that were there on this day. Definitely not the friendliest. When I 1st walked in there was a customer complaining very loudly and while I would never make that kind of scene I soon found out why. The cashier who checked me out did not say anything but my total. No greeting, no nothing. She gave no response when I said have a nice day at the end of the transaction. I bought a glass which she scanned and put aside, I assumed to wrap it or at least bag it separately. When I told her she could put my small stuff in a plastic container I was purchasing she plunked my glass in the bottom and proceeded to pile stuff on top of it! None of it was exceptionally heavy but...really?! I kept hearing "clink...clink" as she dropped things into the container and...

Just wanted to share a horrible experience today , older lady with white hair , had such a bad attitude today I understand holidays can be stressful on everyone one but this lady had the nerve to be on cart patrol and tell me I need to keep my basket with me as my basket is less than 3 feet away from me and this is after she tells me to move my two buckets out the way … highly rude and not happy with this lady I still wished her a merry Christmas but lord knows I had a lot more I could say to her .. please get this lady a task to do in the back her customer service skills...
