I was craving Subway, and had a toddler in the car, so I went out of my way to go to this location for the drive-thru perk. We have gone here before and had issues, but this was terrible. The drive-thru is so easy with a touchscreen! It should be effortless for the workers. They asked me questions about what I wanted after it was clearly selected. They said they didn't have things that were shown as available on the screen (in this case, a pretzel) -- then said they wouldn't charge me for it since they didn't have it. But, they most certainly did! They made my sandwich wrong, including TOASTING what should have been a cold sub. I took one bite and it was disgusting. I threw the entire thing away. I also got a cookie, and it was raw dough and also inedible. The drive-thru is great, but unfortunately, the workers still need to be able to follow simple instructions and handle a cash register, which they were not able to do in my case. Tonight I felt very uncomfortable, unappreciated, and dissatisfied with the young lady she was short with blonde puffy hair highlights. Her service and attitude was unpleasant. She got upset because I asked her to clean the knife. Then I asked for š tomatoes That was another problem because they had to cut. I asked her to cut up my vegetables another ā ļø problem. I asked for more lettuce which was another problem. On top of her going back and forth to complain or gossip about me with her co-worker. She needs to be retrained in de-escalation not once did she apologize after she saw I was upset and uncomfortable. She never tried to re assure me or fix the situation she made it worse whix the exact opposite of customer serice. Watching the lunch group and how they treat customers could be beneficial. I use to come in often because my kids love Subway, but Iām done giving my business here. Kristin who always seems to be working is the absolute worst when it comes to customer service.
