Beyond frustrated with them. I know to expect poor service but for some reason I went back and ordered more. Recently I ordered 2 light bars, one came, no idea where the 2nd is, sent an email, no response, called their customer service line and got a pre-recorded message to email them. I will wait a few more days then cancel order with Amex and cut my loss. Previously I ordered deck lights from them and I have already had to replace several of the amber modules, which let me tell you their warranty process is less than a treat.
The BBB currently has 347 complaints about this company and states : Alert - Pattern of Complaints BBB files contain a pattern of complaints from consumers alleging customer service and communication issues. Specifically consumers alleged they placed an order with ETD and they have not received their product. Some consumers also allege they attempted to contact ETD by phone and email but they had difficulty reaching company. On December 7, 2018, BBB sent correspondence to Extreme Tactical Dynamics requesting their voluntary cooperation in providing steps it will implement to eliminate the pattern of customer complaints. As of February 1, 2019, BBB has not received a response from ETD.

   Read moreDO NOT ORDER FROM !!!! They are SCAMMERS!!!! Let me explain. I purchased a light bar in Dec 2018. After several calls and emails about when it would arrive it finally came the first week of Mar 2019. The light seemed to work fine. It bothered me how long it took to receive it and how their customer service is. Worst customer service around. In Nov 2020 I started to have issues with the control pad. I had so much trouble trying to get in touch with them I didn't think they were going to fix the issue. I ended up using my older light bar and I worked on the wiring where I found the issue. I then decided to order another light bar on Jan 22, 2021 because I was considering getting another plow truck. I ordered 4 items since two of them were no chg if you spend a certain amount. When my order was confirmed I was being charged for the free items. I called them several times and sent several emails. By the way the same voice mail now is the one they had then. Upgrading the phones, RIGHT!!! In March I finally decided to dispute the charges when I never received responses or calls back. The bank agreed 100% that they are scamming people and instantly gave me my money back. A week later I received ONLY the light bar and it was broken in half and was unrepairable. Again I tried to contact them and I even let the bank know about it. They added the information to the dispute. On April 5 2021, and 12 days after, I received emails each day stating "Return item or stop dispute on funds." I responded back every time about the damaged light and UPS would make me pay the return shipping. At this point I still hadn't received anything but the broken light bar. They would never respond back to me about the missing items or about the broken light. Each month after I received these emails. I would again respond back. After 1 year of hanging onto the light I finally threw it out. I did find out that they filed a damaged product with UPS and they got the money from them. So they received almost $1800.00 for this order. Paid by me and by UPS. In Feb 2023 I started having issues with lights on my first bar not working. As per the warranty they would replace all LED lights that go bad within 5 years from purchase date. Through several calls and emails between Feb 1, 23 until today Oct 25, 23, They flat out refuse to replace (WARRANTY) the lights. They insist I owe them over $1000.00 for the previous order I disputed. (The broken light and the items I DIDN'T even receive.) By the way it has taken them 3 years to upgrade the phones. They voicemail they have is STILL the same saying "We are in the process of upgrading our phone system. Leave a voicemail and we will return your call the next day." If I ran my business this way I wouldn't have a business. My attorney is in the process of contacting the Attorney General of Florida about this company. I am also writing to the BBB in that area. -Placed an order on Saturday 2-17-18 with a total amount of $169.96. received an auto reply with an order number 95258 -Monday 2-19-18 10:43 am CST received an auto email informing me that the processing time is 1-5 business days. (a little lengthy compared to most companies) My debit card was charged at this time and payment cleared. -Friday 2-23-18 10:17 am CST I sent a status request for my order and listed the order number in the subject line and in the email and also sent my personal phone number in the email. I got an immediate auto reply that pretty much just said don't email back because we're not going to answer. I had placed many calls on Friday trying to get a status update with no answer on the phone. -Monday 2-26-18 8:44 am CST I sent an email from a different account with order number in subject line and in the description along with a phone number again. Got the same auto reply with no actual answers. Thursday 3-1-18 I found a phone number 561-339-1071 that got me in touch with a guy named Chris who is said to be the owner. He had someone call me back within 10 minutes. I don't recall the name of who called me but she said my order was held up in the shipping container for whatever reason. She tried telling me that she could update me to something "similar" but when I place an order for something I don't expect to have to settle for something that is "similar", I simply want the product I ordered. She also tried to tell me that I was sent an email on 2-20-18 telling me that my item was on backorder but I have no email from them on that day. I use my email frequently and have never had a "lost" email so I know that they had not tried contacting me. Their excuse for not answering the phone is because they say they assist government agencies and outfit hundreds of units at a time and that their average phone time is 27 minutes. I call bull because I have called several times at all different hours.
I was given excuse after excuse about why I couldn't get my order. Now I am in the refund phase and according to them I should receive my refund in 1-10 days. We will see what happens. If I do not receive my refund within the time frame I have already been assured by my bank that they will dispute this charge and issue my refund to me and deduct it from them. REVIEW UPDATE 3-22-18 I did receive my refund within a few days after finally getting in touch with the owner. He takes the Google reviews more serious than his customer service. Within 30 minutes of me leaving this review the owner called me begging me to take it down. After I refused he threatened to involve his lawyer in order to get me to remove my review.
