I went through the drive-thru to order a 2 pc meal with a side of mashed potatoes and 2 extra biscuits. When the young lady asked for my drink, I told her water. She informed me that they did not have any more water so I declined a drink. I got my food and drove off. Some time later, I arrived home, sat on my couch with my food and turned on the tv ready to eat, only to discover that my side was missing. I then had to pack the food up, put my shoes back on and return to the restaurant to get what I paid for. I went through the drive-thru and politely explained to the young lady a couple of times what had happened. When she told me to drive to the window Jean, the manager was there. He asked me again what happened and for the 3rd time I explained that I'm missing my side. He asked for my ticket number and I gave it to him. Now, I really am thirsty because I had eaten a biscuit by that point, and even though I really wanted some water I asked for a Sprite instead. He was about to ring me up for the Sprite when I asked, "Wait, so you're going to charge me for it." He said, "Yes." I told him how I had to drive back to get my food and he simply responded with, "We don't do that here."
Yeah, I understand Jean, that you "don't do that here" but another thing that you don't seem to do is communicate well and provide good customer service. I want to make clear that though Jean was not rude, he was certainly dismissive and unkind. There was no apology whatsoever for the mixup and it wasn't much of a deal for me to return but interacting with Jean and his curt demeanor made the whole experience just a bit more bothersome. Since you were out of water, and had messed up my order, the least you could have done was provide me with a small drink on the house while I waited for the food that you...
Read moreI am writing to express my deep disappointment and dissatisfaction with the service I received during a phone call with one of your staff managers Ledia (I’m sure I am spelling her name wrong however she was the manager on duty on December 1, 2023, at 8:20 PM.
I had called to discuss a matter of importance regarding my order, specifically to remind the staff to ensure that security stickers are placed on my food for delivery, because most of the times the food will arrived exposed. I approached the conversation with respect and courtesy, considering the significant amount I was spending. Unfortunately, the interaction took an extremely unpleasant turn.
The manager I spoke with was exceptionally rude, immediately accusing me of implying negligence on their part. Despite my attempts to calmly express my concerns, the manager overtalked me, raised her voice, proceeded to say she spit in my food and hung up on me. Subsequently, when I called back seeking the manager's name to address the issue appropriately, she hung up on me once again.
This level of customer service is unacceptable, and I believe no customer should be subjected to such treatment. I value Popeyes as a brand and have been a loyal customer for a considerable time, which makes this experience all the more disheartening.
I kindly request that you thoroughly investigate this matter and take appropriate action to ensure such incidents do not occur in the future. Additionally, I would appreciate it if you could provide me with an update on the steps taken to address this complaint.
Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I hope we can resolve this...
Read moreRecently I arrived early for a pickup and was told they couldn't fill my order until the time I asked for on the app. It's hard to determine exactly how long it takes because traffic and lights aren't always the same. So I waited outside in the heat with my car running. When it was just a few more minutes I got in line and was told to park near the door and they'd bring it out. Then it started to pour down rain and I worried about everything getting soaked as well as my car plus my time it was supposed to be picked up had passed by nearly 30 minutes. So I went inside with a bag I could put the food in that wouldn't let everything get wet. I waited in line then when it was my turn I was told they didn't have my order. Not that it wasn't ready but that they never got it. I had given my name twice and no mention of they didn't have it. Then I noticed it right there on a shelf sitting on the counter right next to where I was standing. Getting cold. They had the name spelled wrong. I had ordered using the app before and the name issue was never a problem. I don't honestly know how it was spelled before because it was always ready. It was close enough that someone should have asked me if that was mine but they didn't. I just don't think they care about my business so I will...
