On thanksgiving, I had way too much fun and left my phone on top of my car, it fell in the middle of the road and lucky for me through traffic it didn't get run over but it was shattered. I went to iphone repair the next day and got my phone fix, but my screen was very sensitive, it overheated and my front and rear camera/flash was not working, came back in the next day and they trouble shooted for about 2 hrs before they finally told me to come back on Wednesday so they can try to test a new screen because the screen that they provided me with was glitching. THEN finally, they got the new screen, and a new front camera because I explained to them that I need to snap chat, so they was sure to make sure my camera and screen was working prior to handing it back to me but still rear camera wasn't working which I connected to the fall off my car, because it fell hard, they told me to purchase a rear camera and they will replace it for me (bcuz I need to snapchat). I got that and they replaced it for me, this whole experience could of went another way, but they put me at ease, and not once did I get frustrated because DAVE was doing everything to assist me with the damage that I did to my phone. I went back multiple times and each time they were ready with whatever I needed. ENDING RESULT. I GOT MY PHONE BACK, IT'S FULLY FUNCTIONAL and now I make sure my phone is in my car before peeling off....
Read moreBrought my iPhone 12 max pro to the I fix in Walmart of Gatlin, and the glass on one of my lens was cracked but my camera worked fine so I brought it in to just replace the glass and when I went to pick it up I open the camera and it was completely blurry I could see what looked like glue but the guy said it was scratches that was previously there, and I told him that was not true and showed him a picture I taken one hour prior to bringing it to him where it was completely clear and now I cannot take any photos the camera is blurry he continued to say it was already like that. I asked him if he looked at the camera before he worked on it and he said no so I said, then how do you know it was already like that and I’m showing you a picture from one hour prior to him touching it where it clearly was not blurry. Now instead of just a glass being fixed now I have to have someone else replace the whole camera which I’m not sure what that’s gonna cost or to trade it in decrease the value of my phone substantially. The guy kept blaming me that it was already like that took no responsibility and was extremely rude. Very unprofessional I would be very careful if you ever go to this place, now I’m out even more money...

Three days later my mother noticed two air bubbles and went back to the store to ask the associate if he could help her clear the air bubbles out. Unfortunately, the associate proved to be a distasteful and disrespectful man who rudely accused my mother of creating the air bubbles, refusing to help her and arrogantly saying if she wanted a screen protector without bubbles then she can buy another one. The conversation between them ended in him shouting at my mother as if that was normal for him to do! What kind of customer service is this? Who is in charge of this location, and how is it ok that this classless younger man humiliated an older woman who solely went to get assistance on a product she purchased & had installed at your store by this same associate?! I have since then called the location multiple times and left two voicemails asking for a call back and have yet to get a reply.
