I'm from Sequim. My new LG OLED TV failed under warranty. LG sent the repair work to Dan's TV. Dan arrived at my house and quickly swapped the circuit boards as per protocol. Turns out the issue was the display panel itself. He contacted LG and finally received a replacement panel about a month later. He called me when the new panel arrived and came back to finish the repair work. Can't ask for better than that! And I basically had a brand new TV again.

I needed to mount my plasma tv to my living room wall. I didn't notice a lot of reviews but after speaking with Dan, I felt he was very qualified and had a good knowledge of what it would take. He was quite meticulous in his approach,, measure twice , cut once, and he made sure the mount was level, centered and in perfect position to center the mount. I was really pleased after he mounted the tv, it looked far better than it ever did sitting on my tv cabinet, and it was fully articulated up , down and side to side. Dan was scheduled to do a repair in connection with the Samsung top loading washer recall. He was indescribably rude and condescending every time I spoke to him. He belittled me for having to change my appointment time, ranted at me at how "inconsiderate" the people receiving the Samsung recall repair were, and was so disorganized that he actually called to scold me for missing an appointment that I had rescheduled with him earlier that day. I honestly didn't feel comfortable having him in my home while my spouse was away at work. I hope he learns how to demonstrate respectable customer service in the future, but for now I can only say I am extremely dissatisfied and wouldn't recommend him to anyone for any...
