Read moreHave purchased all my woodworking materials here for the past 12 years, knowingly paying a bit more than I would at AWI because the staff were much more friendly and helpful. Unfortunately that changed today. I was a little disappointed in a recent order and called in hoping to come to a reasonable compromise, but the staff member was extremely rude and unhelpful. Will take this up with management on Monday and update the outcome here.
