If I could give zero stars I would I was told 12 to 14 weeks. Fast forward 9 months and tracking number says will be delivered today. During that 9 months I made several calls and emails and everytime it was just more excuses and more lies. Bottom line go elsewhere learn from my mistake in giving this place my business and dealing with everything I had to. TRUST ME DONT DO BUSINESS HERE!!! Oh and they charged me $270 for shipping when it only cost $184 and I received my parts yesterday and the castings are horrible and the finish work if you can call it that was done by a grinder deep scratches all over the surface definitely very unhappy for the amount charged the time wasted waiting for the junk that I will have to spend hours fixing. It's really sad that people do garbage work and charge people a premium price and then won't stand behind it and when you say something about it they try and act like your the bad guy how dare you get upset we wasted 9 months of your time and charged you an arm and a leg for our garbage. Buy a metal casting kit on Amazon and make your own stuff in your backyard it will be of better quality and a better price and it won't take 9 months to get it. If your not convinced take your chances...

Nice folks, but poor quality castings. I ordered 4 handrail stanchions from them: feet are almost 1/8” out of round, the spherical stanchion tops are egg shaped or have flat spots, and the stems have a “rustic” quality unlike anything that they have photographed for social media or their website. Before quitting for health reasons, I built and ran a foundry for several years, handled pattern making, sand mold making, and chasing of bronze, copper , and brass; I know what good quality parts look like and these aren’t it.
