Went to this place to get a new battery for our car. Walked in, no other customers were there so they were not seemingly busy. I told the man behind the counter what I needed. He explained that he had one in stock that would fit, told me the price and all was fine. I then asked if they could install it for me as I had the car right outside the store. The man began to yell at me about how he was on medical restrictions and the other guy there was not able to install either for medical reasons. Both of these reasons, are understandable and I wouldn't have complained about, but what I didn't understand was why I was being yelled at. I asked him why he was yelling at me and he told me I was being defensive. Not at all the case. I was only defensive once I was being yelled at for absolutely no reason at all. I told him I won't bother him anymore and was taking my business elsewhere. I will never go to this business again and cannot recommend them to anyone. We needed a battery for our truck which was a few miles away dead. These 2 men who helped us, Wes and Dewayne were the most helpful, informative, kind examples of customer service I have seen in 20 years, not exaggerating, I was truly taken aback by both of them. I will not only post here but will also have my 16 year old son write to the corporate office so their district manager will get this as well. I took my vehicle here to get some body work done. A tree had fallen on my car and had busted the windshield, broke off a mirror, and dented and damaged the body. Max, was incredibly helpful in getting my vehicle looking brand new for a very reasonable price! There are cars to rent for a good price too if your car will be in the shop longer than you can spare it. I also had a check engine light on and helped explain and resolve the problem.
