Been here twice, called two other times, and each time I was greeted promptly, they took me right to the product I wanted, or they could give me all the info I needed over the phone.
It's like hardware stores from "the olden days" when the workers knew what products they were talking about, knew how to build stuff, and were not just working for a paycheck.
My only complaint would be that some prices are a bit higher than Walmart, Home Depot, etc., but I would MUCH rather pay a little bit more to know I'm getting the right product and that they will answer any question I have about how to make something work right, and spend whatever time is necessary to keep the...

They work hard to make sure you get help (service).The only sad part is the slow steady move away from employing tradesmen toward individuals who are familiar with inventory but lack experience in the trades. While being in the store I noticed an older gentleman following me. I ignored him as he worked there, because I walked in with two other people I was targeted as "with intention to steal".
