The difference between a 2 and a 4 star rating is a fine line with me having managed retail from both a FRONTLINE and corporate level, particularly in training capacities. Shout out to all of the people managing the buds. Great attitudes and knowledge. Shout out to product quality and consistency and shout out to the kindness collection as I am at 51, riddled with health problems including 20+ surgeries. MM has been a godsend for my pain and mobility.
Shout downs a little on edible pricing, but no biggie, but then two shout downs for bad customer service experiences. I'm forgiving at 1, no matter how bad. We all have bad days. Twice I have driven 40 minutes and been turned away. Once because it was senior hour which I was unaware was every day. I explained that I had multiple preexisting conditions, am legally handicapped, and parked in the handicap space. I explained to security it to security, he said no exceptions, and I only had to wait 45 minutes. Note also nobody was waiting online. No exceptions no common sense. I'm all for safe senior time but all other stores include pre existing condition. Also under the umbrella of customer service is convenience if you are only open 11-6 (which I can only assume is limited by the town, otherwise those are terrible retail hours for a non durable consumable.) Having the first hour closed EVERY day of the week seems limiting. If you OVER service on client base, you UNDERservice the others.
The second incident was over using a photocopy of my card and license temporarily while my wallet was stolen. It was honored elsewhere. Security let me through, I was going through check in at the counter when "management" jumped in to say she couldn't accept it. I'm ok with that as an ultimate response but I did ask why since I could use it elsewhere. She said, "Dont you just have your license?" I explained once again, and this time a bit flippantly, it was in my wallet where most men keep them. The long and the short is she can up with 3 totally different reasons, the last being, they just couldn't both be on the same page. I got my face, copy of the license and card, my spare credit cards, my car registration, etc etc
Common sense? Maybe, maybe not. Maybe it REALLY is against the law. She did sarcastically say ,"We TRY to follow all the laws. I'm sorry the others don't."
The long and the short is, were they bad customer service because I didn't get my way? No. They were but customer service because I was treated more like a criminal than A CUSTOMER, by two members of the the operations team on two separate occasions. Perhaps they should smoke some Sativa and watch how well their many young bartenders dole it out.
I guess I'll stick to this side of the bay...
Read moreUgh. Have never had to start a dispensary review this way before, but.. honestly, I can NOT recommend this place to anyone unless, like me, you are desperate for delivery. I think they are they only place in this state that is delivering so far. Unfortunately for us, they seem to know it. The actual delivery was fine. However, they do not seem to offer a medical discount. According to my receipt and mathematics, there was no discount for placing my order as medical. I also made a huge mistake. Yip me, it's my fault. I misread something and ordered a product I actually did not want. I proceeded to call the store and ask about the discount and if they could do anything about the wrong product. After placing me on hold for a few minutes, she returned and said that the order WAS, in fact, a medical order.. did not say, but we don't have a discount but insisted everything was fine. Ok, whatever. I just didn't feel like arguing. So I asked about ordering the wrong product and was basically told.. too bad, so sad. Bye-bye. Wouldn't do not do a single thing for me, even being a first-time customer. MY mistake, but most places have a return policy of some sort. To not offer ANYTHING, I'm really disappointed.
Now the products. BONE DRY flower. The first one I dumped out had a bunch of chafe. That hasn't happened to me in this state yet. It was not a bargain strain. The second is just as dry.
Severely disappointed with the entire place. The prices are on the high side to begin with.
I doubt they'll get another order from me.
The only reason they got the second star was delivery experience.
The fact that nobody from this place has even bothered to answer ANY of my concerns just further speaks volumes about this place and the owners.
Edit: I spoke with a manager in the store a few days ago. He said that they usually don't respond to reviews. He told me that bud is dry this time of year, so it's to be expected. He stated their medical discount is a reduced tax on the order, and he will look at my order and throw me some loyalty points or something and hurried off the call.
Their prices look like they're now trying to get 37.50+ per 8th. You might get lucky and find find one or two for less. However, they are Still too rich for my blood. Mother Earth and/or Aura, or Rise are the far better choices if you...

I called ahead of time multiple times to confirm availability of a strain, and when I get there, they don't have what I drove there for.
Many times bought 1/4 to 1/2 oz of a strain and received separate individual grams to make up the amount instead of weighing one of two buds for 1/4 to 1/2 oz.
For 1/4 to 1/2 oz, they give you tiny popcorn buds from the lower portion of the plant instead of the larger buds from the top of the plant that receive the most light. All I can think of is they save the top buds for themselves.
You'll also notice their buds are machine trimmed which knocks off most of the trichomes. Instead of you getting the trichomes from the bud, they save it to make whatever else they sell in the store.
Most strains look, smell, and taste the same, but they all have different names. I believe they do this to fool customers into thinking they actually have multiple strains in stock.
Don't ask questions unless you like being fed a line of bull**. Workers are idiots and don't know what they are talking about, and don't know their product.maybe they should invest in hiring mature adults, instead of young party animals.
Check the inside of what you buy carefully. Twice I got some product home, broke it open, only to find black mold inside the bud. When I called to complain, I was told it must be how I was storing it, even after I mentioned I just bought it at their place.
Bottom line..... stay away from this place at all costs, Seth doesn't have any compassion and doesn't care what he sells you. He's more concerned with becoming established with a woman looking to put a compassion center on Martha's...
