United Supermarkets — Local services in Post

Do not know if it was the Asst. Mgr or the Mgr working with 2 other employees at another checkout what looked like they were wiping off Dr Pepper cans. Several customers started to line up behind me so he had one of the employees open up another register and the other employee start sacking. He could have stayed there doing what he was doing but he came to the register and started putting my groceries on the counter to help out the checker. After that he started sacking my groceries until the other sacked came back in and she took over. He could have left and did something else but he went back and started unloading the next customer's basket for the cashier. This was not a slow cashier either. Not many more or asst Mrs would...

On Thursday December 5, 2013 we were traveling through Post and stopped at your United Store. The weather was very icy and cold. We needed something to help us clear our windshield. That's where your wonderful employee Lydia stepped up to help us find what we needed. We just want you to know that in a 'day' of lax customer service - we were very impressed with Lydia's personable service to us. They are veey nice, but when the sackers don't put cold items with other cold items,and over sack your bags with all heavy items, there is a problem!! Sackers used the be trained to put cold with cold etc...I have asked several times to keep cold together and not make bags heavy, and they look at you with a blank stare and say okay,but yet do just the opposite. They need trained better! I have worked several grocery stores,and they were trained to sack items with like items. I'm tired of over stacked bags, and finding cold items mixeds with can goods etc...I keep my cold items together in the basket, why is it so hard to.sack...
