Nobody will ever understand the level of customer service this company exhibits! They did everything so perfectly, so above and beyond, so kind, so friendly! They delivered flowers after 9PM!!! Just to make sure they were delivered same day as promised. The customer service is top tier, and deserves more praise than any review can offer. I cannot thank them enough! I placed this order all the way from SC, and yall made today perfect for my wonderful girlfriend who deserves the world. Not 10/10 they are 100/10. I cant even express how rare it is to find people who have this level of care and service for their craft. AMAZING!!! I will absolutely be ordering...

These ladies did great. They worked till late last night getting orders delivered for Valentines Day. My flowers were gorgeous and I'm glad they stayed till they could finish when other shops had already closed. My husband is a wait till the last minute type and I'm glad these ladies made sure I got my roses. They have beautiful flowers and not overpriced. Definitely our go to for flowers. The picture really doesn't do them justice....

Poteau Flowers went out of their way to deliver a very special and BEAUTIFUL bouquet and box of chocolates to my grandmother after business hours. They went above and beyond.
