To the owner's of the Coffee Cup. I live in Hawaii and my sister (Lisa) just made me the most amazing cup-o-= Joe: Ethiopian Herrard She and I are connoisseurs of the finer things we put into and upon our Platte. We both have links in our family heritage that are based in AR. The young man who assisted her took the time to expose her to a wonderful way of reducing the acidic content of most coffees,with The clever coffee brewing system. it is this type of customer service that most people in the service industry and either lost or simply do not care about anymore. Please give him a raise and let him have the schedule he wants.This is the type of server that will make your coffee house sink or swim. THANK YOU. Many coo-dos for you bringing such an upgraded coffee experience to AR. where they think a great coffee is Yuban. C. Crouse. I do not take time out of my busy day unless I have come across something praise worthy....

We stopped in while passing through town... i asked some questions about the town and some past history because my mother spent summers there with her grandmother when she was little... the girls at the front counter were young but still knew a lot about things i was asking... they gave me great directions and i found the places my mom was wanting pictures of... I guess i should stick to the food and coffee they served... the best turkey, bacon panini i have ever had.. we also had a slice of lemon blueberry cake.. it was amazing... we took one energy bite to go and one protien bite to go... they were both really good but the energy one was our favorite... all in all... it was all just amazing... i was going to stop back by when i was leaving town but they closed at 2pm that day.. i truly hope...

On July 6th I met a friend at this little shop. I sat at the table I wasn't going to order a coffee because I had visited this shop in the fall. The coffee was so bad I poured it out. On this occasion my friend said hers was ok. So I thought ok I'll give it another try. I walked to the counter and waited to be help there were several employees behind the counter! However no one even acknowledge me finally I went back to the table where my friend was setting to finish our visit. You would think one of them would come and ask if I would like a drink. However they didn't. On my way out I stopped at the counter and said the next time you might ask the customer if you could help them....
