So, I call down there n ask if they were helping ppl with thier energy bill's.. The lady answered phone, was extremely nice. Once, I got there.. I started getting integrated on why I couldn't pay the bill.. we'll honestly I thought it was obvious. But, apparently not!!! I was told I need to move, where I could afford to live!!!
