Bought a Hot Tub from Washburns. I wasn’t happy with the customer service I received. The hot tub was installed backwards which had to be moved, the tub isn’t level, and their customer support wasn’t the best. The product isn’t the best quality either. The panels keep falling off, the top cover is already cracking and coming apart, and the steps that was provided isn’t as sturdy as I figured they would be. I personally won’t be buying another product that’s the same brand as they sold me and won’t be using or recommending this company.
IN RESPONSE TO THE OWNERA REPLY: We went to court because there was no copy of a contract given to me and a payment issue. That was not mentioned in my review because it has no weight on the product or the service provided by this company. My review is based on the product quality and the service that was performed. The threats of an attorney doesn’t bother me because it’s not against the law to write a truthful review online. I’ve already verified the info with the attorney generals office. Washburn's was open Labor Day and this was the best buying experience I have had in many years. From the moment we entered the store the relaxed atmosphere put me at ease. My salesman was patient showed me what was available and allowed me time to decide on style and color. The item I chose was in stock so he was able to schedule delivery for the next day. Today, my loveseat arrived and the delivery guys were great. They assembled the item and set it exactly where I requested. Very polite, courteous and professional from start to finish. My husband and I recently purchased a sofa, love seat, and chair set and had it delivered. The delivery staff were very polite! The next day, I noticed that there was a hole in the sofa on the back, and looked to be cut from something (box knife, etc). I contacted Washburn’s and they are exchanging it for us without question! In today’s world, when something like this happens, it is normally a hassle to get the company to help or fix the issue, but Washburn’s made me realize that there still is good companies out there, and they are by far top notch!!!!
