I am a real estate agent in the area and I have known of Poteet Homes for 2+ years. Specifially, I have known of the owner Sonny Estrada who is a fellow real estate agent and I've seen his social media postings about New Construction homes that Poteet Homes offers.

I had clients that were looking for a home sub $200,000 and we could not find any homes on the market that could've worked. I scheduled to meet with Sonny to discuss the possbilities of a new build.
