If I could leave NO STARS I definitely would.. I had the worst experience from Judy.. called because I was very excited for my passport appointment I had only to be greeted by this rude representative who sounded like she didn’t want to be there let alone answer a question. I asked her pricing question and what I would need and she told me I would need a check for my book (which not knowing what that was I asked if it was needed) and she rudely scoffed and stated “well yeah if you want to travel” so from the start she talked to me like I was a joke when it’s my very first time knowing and applying. I then had to call back to ask if I would need the long form for my birth certificate because I was told by the court house I could get the short form with an I on it which usually can be used but she just stated “I can look at it but we take the long forms” pretty much saying how they don’t accept it without saying it so I can waste time going down there to be denied.. never again will I try or even recommend business to a company who has someone as nasty as this working there.. I also requested a manager and she stated she was the manager so I will be looking into that as well but if your in surrounding areas don’t even waste your time just go to La Vernia or San Antonio, as La Vernia was courteous and picked up my appointment where...
