Marisol Mexican Restaurant — Restaurant in Poth

There definitely aren't many options in this little town and it seems this place takes advantage of that. When I moved back to this town I decided to choose this restaurant over the only other restaurant in town and maybe that was the wrong choice. The last few times I order my order is completely wrong or they over charge me like crazy. I believe today will be the last day I order from them as I only ordered one thing (a simple hamburger with nothing else) hoping it would be fine and I open my food to find a fish burger and I am allergic to fish. Friday's lunch was good today's lunch was totally disgusting. The chicken strips look like a gray sponge the toast looks like it has been soaking in burnt oil for an hour. The main rule any kitchen should have is DO NOT SERVE ANYTHING THAT YOU WOULD NOT EAT... I have never been to a restaurant that served something so gross in my life. Please do not risk your gastrointestinal health eating the food...

I don’t really eat out too much, but I LOVE Marisol’s. This place has awesome flour tortillas and, hands down, the BEST barbacoa and Carne Guisada I’ve ever tried. This place never disappoints but, this time the barbacoa and carne guisada put it over the top for me. Definitely my new favorite two tacos and will continue to come get them here. You should try them....
