I recently purchased a chandelier from Fig House Vintage through their Etsy store, and I couldn't be more delighted with the entire process. Stephanie, who I had the pleasure of speaking with over the phone regarding my purchase, was incredibly helpful. Together, we discussed the shipping details, which turned out to be serendipitous as her colleague, Nick, happened to be traveling to Pennsylvania. Nick went above and beyond by hand-delivering the chandelier directly to my home.

Uncertain about which size chandelier would best suit my space, Nick thoughtfully brought not one, but two different sizes for me to choose from. His kindness and accommodation made the experience feel like I was dealing with close friends or family. I was truly impressed by their dedication to customer satisfaction.

So, im after kinda of rare items and was directed to this place to find a cool couple of pieces. When i arrived , i didnt know what to expect, but i pulled into a very unassuming building. Unknowingly i had entered the back of the property and not the front. When i turned to corner i instantly became exited , by the menagerie of wonderful outside items , so perfectly placed as a huge welcome . When i started walking into the door, i knew this place was going to be an "experience " , not just a quick buy and leave. I was consumed. So much stuff in every corner, and and every space.antique, vintage, rare and fine. Not just stuff, but real treasures. I could spend a long time, and wish i could of. I did find about 10 things i could justify buying right then. I found about 100 that will return for lol. I had a great time treasure hunting, and a wonderful time with nick who runs the shop. He was easy to talk to and was very helpful. And... he was very fair. I will be back , and...

The hours listed aren’t accurate. The store was suppose to be open and I left a message. She called back and said she would be there within an hour. I guess she lives close or comes in when she wants. The store is packed with great, unique items but there’s no prices on anything. I felt as if she was sizing me up or my wallet before stating the price of each piece I asked “how much…” there’s no way she remembers prices of each item - they have to vary from day to day customer to customer. she’ll offer deals on the mismatched items or items needing repair but none on the items I wanted.

I felt like this was a massive storage unit for her findings/ items and if the price was right - the she would part with it. It didn’t feel...
