One of the reasons I go here is for their amazing facials that are fully customizable for all skin types and concerns, which I find amazing! All individuals are different so they don’t employ a one-size-fits-all approach to their facial treatments. I have also had several of the permanent makeup procedures done and I couldn’t be happier with my results. Her attention to detail and meticulous approach demonstrated a deep understanding of what I was looking for in my permanent makeup. Each step of the process was explained with clarity as with all their procedures and she made sure I was completely informed and involved in the decision making. I knew I was in the hands of a true professional with an artistic eye and she delivered remarkable results that exceeded my expectations. Cannot recommend Liz and her team enough. I’ve known Liz for years and she has done brow services for me in the past. When I learned she was expanding her brand and business, I just knew it would be incredible because of how involved and meticulous Liz is with perfecting her trade. I’ll be honest, I haven’t been a huge fan of “med spa” settings in the past. I appreciated the “clinical” aspect to injector services and would accommodate the drive into the city for them. XO Betty is different in the best way. From the hospitality, to the range of services, to the professionalism. I drive an hour to be able to get my services done here, not just because I like them, but because they educate me.
