If you like staring at the Netflix loading screen at 17% for six hours before you restart your device for the 20th time in one tv show or getting up to unplug your trash router every 15 minutes then PG Telco is for you!

It’s also a great sense of nostalgia, when I want to remember what 1997 internet was like and take a stroll down memory lane I just launch my trusty ISP and upon waiting a decade for an image to load I’m instantly transferred back to the glory days.

I absolutely cannot wait for Ozarks Go to become available to me. This pathetic excuse of a company is going to get absolutely annihilated and it will serve them right for being a monopoly and giving their consumer such garbage service. PG Telco lays a fat steamy one right on your face and has the gall to charge you an outlandish fee for it. To hell with you I say, I count the days until good ole capitalistic competition stomps you out like the outdated piece of garbage you really are.

And if you’re service hadn’t been so slow I’d be playing video games with my friend right now, instead of writing an extremely long review on your garbage service.

Edit: I️ find it a bit fishy how JC, who’s other 8 reviews are from Houston Texas has suddenly come into the fray to condemn my review. Well JC of Houston Texas. My plan is the 1 gig down plan, and to call it that is a travesty in and of itself. If I️ were the suspicious type I’d wager this JC had some sort of stake with PgTelco.

I️ reiterate, when Ozarks Go comes to your household business then you must seize them at once and leave PGTelco back in the 90’s where it belongs. Also they make you get a phone land line with your internet. Lol how...

We just moved to Farmington, AR and wasn't sure who to contract about our internet service. I called Zing (PGTelco) and spoke to Jordan. She was extremely helpful. Never once did I feel she was trying to oversell me. I've had to call Zing 2 other times with a few questions. Every time I felt special. Even though I think they are a relatively small, local company, I am very impressed with their company, including their technical department. They do everything a large company can do. They have done everything they had said they would do. They under promised and have over delivered.

We are switching from cable television to internet television. The reception has been exceptional. No problem with buffering.

Needless to say, I would highly recommend Jordon and Zing to anyone wanting great service, a great product, and at a great price.

Living in various cities across the country, we have never had internet anywhere near as good as PG Telco's. They have not had a SINGLE outage (that we've noticed) in our 3 years with them, until one 5-minute outage today that was almost certainly caused by city construction on our street. It's honestly incredible--our internet just never drops. Not to mention their customer service folks are easily accessible, and very kind and helpful.

Meanwhile, back when we had Cox in this same house, we would lose internet for at least an hour every other day or so and getting ahold of someone was nearly impossible. (Even when we did finally get ahold of someone at Cox, they didn't do anything to help solve the...
