I had scheduled an appt with Mack and instead of telling me he no longer does service work he let me bring my car there and someone else worked on it instead. No one told me so I thought Mack had done my work, because he’s who I specifically requested. I wouldn’t have even cared but the next morning my check engine light was on and the plastic inside the drivers side was out of place. I called and asked Mack to look at it and told him what time I could be there. Took my lunch and drove down just for him not to be there at said time. So my fiancé had to go down there and he’s the one who took these pics and he talked to Mack and things didn’t end that well. When Mack opened the hood in front of my fiancé, he noticed the hose and shoved it in and acted like it was no big deal. He didn’t say anything about it, but we already knew. Fiancé had to ask him twice if there was something wrong before Mack said the hose was disconnected. Instead of seeing the issue, letting him know and apologizing, he tried to avoid saying anything and had to be asked about it. Twice. Very frustrated by the lack of transparency, and disappointed by the service.

My husband recently took my car up there to get my tire fixed. Later that day I noticed that my hubcap on the tire that was fixed was missing. When my husband called up there, they said they didn't have it and then immediately hung up on him. Who else would have my hubcap, and why would they hang up on someone when they're supposed to provide customer service? Now we have to pay out of pocket for hubcap they misplaced.
