Writing on behalf of my mother

Sought out this florist as they looked good, boy was I wrong. I ordered a simple spray for my mother’s cremation vault, discussed sizing, desired colors, everything that was needed to create said spray.

I went to pick up the spray, took home and it was 3 times the size I had ordered, causing the cremation vault to cave in due to the weight. After calling them they said they would fix it to what I originally ordered. I wasted more time and gas to return the spray to their location. After 2 hours I returned to receive the exact same item I had returned to be fixed, nothing had been done to it. After being told, “isn’t it beautiful!?,” and “it is much better now.” I collected the spray and left stating “sure, I am so done with this.”

Now I am sitting at home spending the next hours to come rearranging my own mother’s $90+ custom ordered spray to what I originally ordered.

Terrible experience with business owner. She was supposed to meet me to buy flowers and she stood me up after I drove well over an hour into her state. I offered to wait another hour but she was too busy making dinner. I stayed in communication with her for a whole day and let her know I would be there well before we were meeting if she wanted to come anytime she was available and she still did not care to even let me know she wasn’t coming. Such a lack of respect for other people’s time, expense to drive and just not the kind of person I will do business with. This company went out of there way to call back to let me know that they did in fact have what I was looking for. Orchards are not always eat to find considering they are not a very sought after flower. Today is my dad's one year day from leaving his earthly body. It was late in the day and they did they would make sure it delivers to my mother. Orchards are important because my dad played and sang a song called I overlooked and orchard while searching for a rose.
