Taco Bell — Restaurant in Prairie Grove

The food was decent. However, we ordered beef and cheese burritos for our son and went back and forth with the worker multiple times to make sure they understood this order. She said “oh, beef and cheese, I understand”. We take the food home and they’ve put beef only at the ends of the burritos, so that the first bite you take you think is what you ordered but the next one is just all bean. Pretty sure this was done on purpose. Not sure why, however, as we were not rude when ordering and were very polite when providing payment. We did nothing to them and were nice. Angsty teens I guess? Ya know, my first jobs were $7 an hour basically. Ya make about double and have tremendous attitude? I voted for that, thinking this would help people rise above. I’m now wondering how someone who makes so much more than the generation before you can have such entitlement in a customer service job. Customers are paying more to you so you can have that wage. Show some respect....

This location sucks. I've been three times and not once have they gotten it right. This time they didn't put any nacho cheese on our two 5 layer burritos. The added rice for one was put in the first layer of the burrito where the cheese was supposed to go. How does that even make sense? No side of nacho cheese for either of the nacho fries we ordered. I didn't get the side of garlic sauce I paid for. I didn't get the jalapeños I requested on my crunch wrap or the onions on one of the burritos. The cheesy potatoes had no cheese on one and a pathetic pump on the other. It feels like they ran out of cheese and decided to be lazy and not give our order any rather than open a new bag. At this TACO BELL,, I would say, is the worst one I have ever gone to. The order was not only wrong, but it also tasted horrible .

The employees that work here are inconsiderate, rude,and too young, and have no sense of work ethics and all should be replaced, except one older lady with blonde hair, was busting her ass,and trying to keep this sinking ship afloat. These kids just didn't listen to anything she was instructing. Anyway, if she isn't a manager, she should be. I believe from management all the way to the district manager should be replaced, because if they what they were doing, this store would be like the others around the U.S. Consistent, the quality of the food would be correct, and service.
