The new gas station overall looks nice, but I saw something that really upset me. When I went into the restroom, I thought there was a homeless person there. Later, I found out it was actually an employee. What was disturbing wasn’t only the clothes he was wearing, but also the fact that he had on construction gloves. I’ve worked with those gloves before and know how much dirt they absorb. He went into the restroom without taking them off, and afterward I saw him using those same gloves to arrange the drink cans in the refrigerator, touching exactly the areas where customers place their mouths.
