Family Dollar — Local services in Preston

5/19/2023. Still a mess. Asked for help pricing 15lb bags of fertilizer as i am literally getting shoulder surgery in 2 weeks, i told this to the csr. Girl acted put out, gave me wrong price on 1 of 2. On 3rd and 4th i asked, she said i'd have to take it up front. I said well i can't carry it at all because of my shoulder. Finally said i guess i will go outside and find a cart. Not at all helpful. I don't know why i go to this store.!!!!! 5YEARS AGO went into the Preston Idaho store, big mistake. I keep thinking they will ACTUALLY get inventory on shelves. Nope they have it in boxes snd carts snd scattered so you can't even push your cart thru store. IT'S ALWAYS THIS WAY! I Will Pay for your gas if you would not give them the time of day or any of your pay to prove a point. If you are a local and need something think twice about were you spend your money cause this company abuses there employees uses them to the fullest then to be be trespassing because I did not return keys when I was sick and had a doctor's note. And even after I return them I am still not allowed in any of them so if you remember or know anything of the situation and you can shop somewhere else instead of giving them satisfaction that...

It's nice that there is a place in town that is open on Sundays. There are usually good sales and prices and I found they rotate stuff enough to keep it interesting. Staff is pretty helpful for the most part.
