Carbon Emery Telcom — Local services in Price

I had problems at the Greenwell Inn on the 15th of this month with our connectivity with our web based property management system and not able to check our customers in. Cody with Emerytelcom was contacted, he help and done everything to try and find the problem (was not on Emerytelcom's end). He texted me after midnight that the issue was resolved and then on Easter Sunday calls to go over the details of the problem and shared some possible solutions that he will research for me on Monday. I have to say he has some of the best customer service I have ever experienced anywhere. I just want to share this with his supervisor and others. We all could take a lesson from Cody on customer service. Thanks...

They started out with 2 Stars and I just took away another star because they have no one in the evenings or overnight that you can talk to about your internet. I work from home and my work hours are during the night time and so I've lost an entire day's wages because I can't get any kind of signal and if they had the kind of equipment that I knew how to reboot then I wouldn't have to try to call them. I hate a rinky dink operation like Emory Telecom they're horrible and they're only in it for the money. I pay as much here as I did in Orem and I never had any kind of problems with Utopia fiber as as my network and I never had any outages with...

Emery Telcom... My service went out... yet again... got on my data from my phone service provider to look you up. No after hours tech? Pathetic... Got looking at your reviews.... no surprise... low ratings... get your “stuff” together and make a company our community can be proud of! Your nothing but an embarrassment to the citizens of Carbon and Emery County... I’ve even been to local business that say “sorry it’s taking awhile, we have Emery Telcom”... as if it’s the norm... which it is!!! If there was anything less than a one star, that’s the rating you’d get...
