I had problems at the Greenwell Inn on the 15th of this month with our connectivity with our web based property management system and not able to check our customers in. Cody with Emerytelcom was contacted, he help and done everything to try and find the problem (was not on Emerytelcom's end). He texted me after midnight that the issue was resolved and then on Easter Sunday calls to go over the details of the problem and shared some possible solutions that he will research for me on Monday. I have to say he has some of the best customer service I have ever experienced anywhere. I just want to share this with his supervisor and others. I work from home and my work hours are during the night time and so I've lost an entire day's wages because I can't get any kind of signal and if they had the kind of equipment that I knew how to reboot then I wouldn't have to try to call them.
