2nd time leaving review because 305 atv rentals deleted my first one

This place was one of the worst experiences atving I ever had. I have been to many but this by far takes the cake. When we originally got there the person (woman) tried making contact w staff but they completely ignoring her. I proceeded after to make contact and then that's when they replied one sec I'm handling this customer. (This is at the front desk n I wouldn't know cause he's on an ipad not with a customer).

To make it worse I proceeded to get hurt there in an accident. The staff were not useful at all. They proceeded to help the other riders take pictures. Meaning my friend group of 5 had to lift the atv off of me while they watched. We then had to wait 15 mins for any help to come. (We were maybe 10 mins out). When the staff arrived he arrived with nothing no first aid kit - water - towels nothing to help my terrible bleeding.

After when we arrived back at the outpost all the staff proceeded to tell me n my friends that oh we seen worse this isn't that bad. Take him to the urgent care.

They did not call 911 or even try to.

This place was absolutely worse on a empathic level.

There are far better places that would be cheaper- friendlier- and safer.

I HIGHLY DO...

Sum of it... Me and my group rode behind a guide that took us on a bumpy/rocky dirt road with plenty of mounds and puddles in between farmlands in homestead.

Could argue that the puddles on the trail are optional but honestly, where's the fun in that.

Had a great time, would certainly recommend. We did one of the earlier times at 7 cause we wanted to see as much as possible. Worth it.

Beautiful sunset and great views. Plan to come again later in the year for an actual night ride. Maybe when the weather gets nice.

Very fun. Beginner friendly. Bought their plastic covers for shoes ($10) but shoes still got wet. Recommend just bringing shoes you really dont care about. In fact, I recommend bringing a change of clothes altogether. You WILL get dirty.

There's 1 porta potty with a hand wash station. Do with that info what you will.

For 100/person, I wish the ride went on for a little longer.

Helmets stink to high heaven, so I recommend either buying their ski masks ($10) or bringing your own.

Staff is chill.

All that being said,

We all loved it. Can't wait for...

This place is horrible. Staff sucks n is not friendly. They were extremely rude to my friend (woman) who made the groupon purchase. But when i started talking to them they became more approachable. I dont not like that. After speaking with them they told us the $250 groupon that we bought was only for reservation n that we needed to pay n extra $80 for the bike. That is fine - but it was never mentioned over the 3 phone calls n texts we sent to staff.

Also to mention i was involved in an accident. During this the staff was taking pictures of other drivers in the group and standing around while my friends were helping take the bikes off of me. When help arrived they came w no first aid kit no water nothing to assist me. When we arrived back - the staff was not helpful at all constantly mentioning “we saw worse, we saw worse” which is an insane comment to tell someone who nearly lost their leg.

I highly dont reccommend this place - there is many other rental places that are more friendly safe...
