Had a nice time here celebrating with my parents and family.
Service: We were pleasantly greeted by the host who sat us down right away. We had left a nearby venue because there was a 1.5-hour wait, and we decided to give this place a try. We were waited by Hernan. He was super attentive and, more importantly, very attentive to our needs. We had two buckets of beer, so give or take expect to spend about $30-40 per person. Otherwise, it would have been cheaper.
Food: To start, we had empanadas. The portions were great for a big group. The empanadas were warm and very tasteful. We then ordered a meat platter for about 5-7 people and two soups. The meat was very flavourful and tender to my surprise. It had a great smoky taste, so I assume they cook with wood or wood chips. The soups had very good flavor, and the portion was decent. The only thing I wish was better was the sides. The arroz Moro, French fries, and tostones were cold as if they had them sitting around to speed things up. But the meat was good enough to overlook it. The chicken breast here is delicious! Next time, I'm definitely adding more chicken.
Ambiance: Live music was a plus. Something different! The place has small activities for kids, which was great. Love that the kids can meet and play with others. They also have animals by the entrance parking.
Would definitely give it...

For starters, the music was so loud that it's impossible to communicate with the person sitting next to you. We were hungry, so we ordered our food as soon as we sat down. 2 hours later, no food and no drinks.
My kids were crying the whole time due to the loud music and the fact that they hadn't eaten anything for hours, and no one came to check on us.
Finally, we decided to cancel our order so we can leave. We received no apologies from no one. They even stopped us on our way out to ask us if we paid for a beer that we never received. Worst place I've ever been to in my 22...
Read moreThe atmosphere is very nice folkloric music from venezuela and a family orientated crowd. However the food and menu was confusing and very expensive. When approached by waiter we felt rushed and she explained little about choices since we are not familiar with food from Venezuela.
We made several selections from the menu and she told us they had no more. The waiter was trying to sell us the more expensive choices which were more than 100.00 USD.
We choose the smoked half chicken at 20.00 dollars and it was not fully cooked and the side dishes were ok.
My daughter had the chicken beef and pork rib combination it was also undercooked and lacked flavor. This was 60.00 .
In the future I may return for drinks and entertainment, but will take a pass on food...
